We are light, sound and vibration—the very fabric of the Universes. Our thoughts, beliefs, and emotions are all energy stored within our cells, minds and energy matrix. Our vibration, the composite of our thoughts, beliefs and emotions, creates our reality. We have the power to change our reality by changing the vibration of those energies. Once we are aware of the limiting idea(s) or pattern(s) that prevent us from manifesting what we desire, we can choose a different possibility by releasing, dissolving, or transmuting them with a higher frequency emotion or thought; and thereby, create a new reality.
